In 2012, WITCO Construction was awarded the contract for the Design, Supply, Fabrication and Installation of Masbate Gold Project – Alliance Mining Facility. The scope of works includes structural, civil works, mechanical, sanitary and plumbing, electrical and architectural works for various mining facilities which included: workshop, warehouse, fuel farm, wash bay, battery/oxygen-nitrogen storage areas

In 1991, the telecommunications industry opened to new players which created a high demand for cell site contractors. WITCO Construction was one of the contractors for Smart Communications Inc. from 1993-2004. The company was able to provide successfully and on time 95 Units of Cellular Tower Sites in various locations in the Philippines. The scope of work included the design, site development, fabrication and installation of cellular towers.

Aside from Smart, Witco also constructed 24 units of cellular tower sites for Alcatel Philippines Inc. between October 2001 – June 2004, 8 units for Nextel Communications Phils. between October 2000 – May 2001 and 3 units for MSI Philippines, Inc. between January to May 2001 in various locations in the Philippines.

Leighton Contractors tapped the services of WITCO Construction to Supply, Fabricate and Erect 5 toll plazas for the Cavite-Laguna Expressways namely, Aguinaldo Toll Plaza 1, Aguinlado Toll Plaza 2, Governor’s Drive Toll Plaza, Kawit Toll Plaza, Open Canal Toll Plaza.

NLEX Corporation, formerly known as Manila North Tollways Corporation awarded the P2479 – NLEX Phase 2 – Segment 8.1 Project to Leighton Contractors (Asia) Ltd. In 2009. They subcontracted WITCO for the Supply of Materials, Fabrication, Delivery, Sandblasting, Painting & Erection Works of Toll Plaza Structural Steel.

Panay Power Twin Smokestack with Structural Tower Support

To solve the 2003 power crisis in Visayas, Philippines, Mirant Global Corporation (MGC) expanded the 72-megawhat (MW) diesel-fired Panay Power Corp. (PPC) plant in La Paz by another 40MW. WITCO Construction was subcontracted by MPIGC in the Panay Power Plant Expansion Project to supply, fabricate, install and turnover two (2) units – 2m x 60 meters smokestack super-structure.

MGP P2324 Masbate Gold Project Powerhouse

WITCO Construction was subcontracted by LCAL to erect the powerplant structural building for the 30MW powerplant, 10 units powerplant day tanks, five (5) units 40m steel chimney complete with structural support and welding of various power plant pipelines.

8 MTPA Upgrade – Construction of Ball Mill No.3

In 2018, PGPRC awarded to WITCO the contract to construct the civil works, structural steel, mechanical plateworks, piping, electrical and equipment installation for Ball Mill No. 3. This is the second upgrade awarded to WITCO by PGPRC.
This is also the first project where the fabrication was done offsite at the newly constructed WITCO Fabrication Shop & Warehouse.

Davao River Bridge

In 2022, WITCO Construction was tapped by Apo Agua Infrastractura Inc, to complete the installation of the Davao River Bridge. The bridge holds the Bulk Water Supply Pipeline from Calinan going to Davao City.
