WITCO offers world-class facilities, including a 5,000 sqm steel fabrication plant, comprehensive quality control, testing and inspection capabilities, and fully equipped field erection facilities for remote site construction and mobilization.
Steel Fabrication Facilities
WITCO’s steel fabrication facilities are situated on a 5,000 sqm industrial lot in Barangay Timbao, Biñan, Laguna, approximately 53 km south of Manila, Philippines. The facility includes a 2,500 sqm production area, along with a 500 sqm space dedicated to offices, training, and testing.
Steel Fabrication Facilities
Our fabrication facilities are equipped with a wide range of machinery and equipment, including 10-ton and 5-ton capacity overhead cranes, a 5-ton capacity forklift, a CNC gas cutting machine, portable magnetic and radial drills, a plate rolling machine, and various welding machines such as SAW, FCAW, SMAW, and GTAW.
Quality Control, Testing and Inspection Facilities
WITCO is equipped with dedicated facilities for the training and testing of skilled personnel, particularly welders. The company offers in-house nondestructive testing (NDT) capabilities, including Radiographic Testing (RT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and Dye Penetrant Testing (PT).
Site Construction Facilities
WITCO maintains and operates essential tools and equipment for remote site construction, including concrete mixers, cranes, generators, and welding machines.
